Wellbeing coaching involves an exploration of your fulfilment and wellbeing to help you see which areas of your life could benefit from some support or may be out of balance. I will help you to identify habits and beliefs which could be keeping you stuck and guide you on how to change these to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing.
Wellbeing coaching can help you to manage a number of stressors life throws your way. Common themes I work on with clients include:

Building self-confidence and self-trust
Identifying wants and needs as a woman
Workshops
I offer workshops on a range of themes around wellbeing, motherhood and womanhood. Past workshop themes have included creativity and self-care, handling stress through creativity, positive body image and self-compassion in motherhood.
